| dc.description.abstract | Çalışma giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Girişte kısaca araştırmanın amacı, önemi,kaynakları ve yöntemi belirtilmiştir.Birinci bölümde İslam Hukuku'nda te'vîlin nasıl tanımlandığı, diğer kavramlarla olan ilişkisi, Hz. Peygamber'den başlanarak devirlere (sahabe dönemi, tabiin dönemi ve modern dönem) ve çeşitli disiplin ve ekollere göre nasıl anlaşılıp tatbik edildiği incelenmiştir.İkinci bölümde te'vîlin alanı, konusu, hükmü, bağlayıcılığı, türleri ve şartları üzerinde durulmuştur.Üçüncü bölümde ise hanefî mezhebine göre te'vîlin yöntemlerinden ve ilkelerinden bahsedilmiştir. | tr_TR |
