dc.description.abstractTürkiye'nin en kalkınmış bölgelerinden biri olan Marmara Bölgesinde yer alan Gemlik'te, doğurganlık çağını tamamlamış, 50 yaş üstü kadınlarda, retrospektif olarak, üretken çağlarında Aile Planlaması (AP) yöntemleri kullanıp kullanmadıkları araştırılmıştır. Kadınlarda yöntem kullanma ile kullanılan yöntemin modem, geleneksel ya da karışık olması durumuna göre gebelik, düşük, canlı doğum ve yaşayan çocuk sayılan arasındaki ilişkiler belirlenmiştir. Yöntem kullanmanın bu parametrelerde önemli ölçüde etkili olduğu, ancak modem ve geleneksel yöntem kullanmanın aynı önemli farkı ortaya koymadığı görülmüştür.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe town of Gemlik is situated in Marmara, the most developed region of Turkey. In this retrospective study, 330 women aged 50 years and over, who have completed their fertility were chosen as a sample group and were asked whether they had used any family planning methods in their reproductive lives. The relations between using any or no family planning methods and pregnancy, abortion, live births and number of living children is determined according to using modem, traditional or both methods. It is found that using any method is highly effective on these partners. No significant difference is found between using modem or traditional methods.en_US
