dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada İran'ın Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemdeki dış politikası karar verme teorisi bağlamında analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. 1979 yılında İran İslam Devriminin gerçekleşmesi ile İran siyasi, kültürel ve toplumsal anlamda büyük bir dönüşüme uğramıştır. Devrim sonrasında İran'da ortaya çıkan bu yeni siyasi sistem karar vericiyi ve karar verme sürecini İran dış politikasında oldukça ön plana çıkarmıştır. Özellikle ülkenin genel siyasetini belirleme yetkisi de elinde olan Velayet'i Fakih makamı çok geniş yetkilerle donatılmış ve en üst otorite olarak İran siyasetinde yerini almıştır. 1990'lı yılların başında soğuk savaşın bitmesi ile dünyada hakim olan iki kutuplu sistemin sona ermesi, İran İslam Cumhuriyetinin kurucu ve karizmatik lideri Humeyni'nin vefat etmesi ve ABD'nin Irak'a müdahalesi gibi bölgesel ve küresel anlamda büyük etkileri olan gelişmelerin ortaya çıkması İran'ın dış politikasında da bazı değişikliklere neden olmuştur. Soğuk savaşın sona ermesiyle başlayan bu yeni süreçte İran dış politikası karar verme teorisi ve İran'da karar verme sürecine etki eden faktörler incelendikten sonra karar vericiler üzerinden analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu anlamda İran dini lideri ve Cumhurbaşkanları ayrı ayrı incelenerek bu kişilerin İran dış politikasına getirdiği değişim ve yenilikler ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this work, it is tried to analyse the foreign policy of Iran after the Cold War. With the Islamic Revolution in 1979, a cultural and sociological change occured in Iran. The new political system after the revolution, brought decision maker and decision-making process to the forefront. Especially, Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist, which has the authority to define the general policy of the country, was equipped with very wide range of power and became the highest authority. With the emerge of some developments which has big effects on regional and global system, such as the end of the Cold War in the beggining of 1990s, the end of the bipolar system, death of the charismatic founder Humayni and the intervention of the US to Iraq, caused big changes in the foreign policy of Iran. It is tried to analise foreign policy of Iran, decision-making theory and the factors which affect the decision-making process of Iran in this new era beggining with the end of the Cold War, In this perspective, religious leader of the country and the presidents were analysed seperately and tried to put forth the changes and innovations on the foreign policy, implemented by these people.en_US
