| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, bağlanma stilleri (güvenli ve güvensiz) ile duygusal zeka yetenekleri (duyguları değerlendirme, duygulardan yararlanma ve duyguları düzenleme) arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Bu çalışmada, bağlanma stillerinin duygusal zeka yeteneklerini yordamadaki değerlerine bakılmıştır.Çalışmaya yaşları 21 ve 26 arasında değişen 210 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçme aracı, İlişki Ölçekleri Anketi ( ÖA) ve Duygusal Zeka Testi (DZT) olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular korelasyon,regresyon ve tek yönlü ANOVA ile analiz edilmiştir.Çalışmanın sonucunda, güvenli bağlanma stilinin hem toplam duygusal zekayı hem de duygusal zekanın alt boyutları olan duygulardan yararlanma ve duyguları düzenleme düzeyini yordadığı görülmüştür. Ancak güvensiz bağlanmanın duygusal zeka yetenekleri ile negatif yönde bir ilişkisi görülmüştür. Güvensiz bağlanma stillerinden, korkulu bağlanma ve kaçınan bağlanma boyutları toplam duygusal zekayı ve onun duygulardan yararlanma ve duyguları düzenlemeyi kapsayan alt boyutlarını negatif yönde yordamaktadır. Tartışma bölümünde çalışmanın bulguları ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılmış,bu çalışmanın zayıf yönleri ve bu çalışmadan sonra yapılabilecek çalışmalar hakkındaki öneriler sunulmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The main aim of this study was to examine hypotheses about therelationship between attachment styles (secure and insecure) and emotionalintelligence measured as a set of abilities (Appraisal of emotions, utilisation ofemotions and regulation of emotions). Attachment styles (secure and insecureattachment styles) were used as predictors of emotional intelligence abilities.Two hundred and ten adults aged between 21 and 26 years participated inthis study. The research instrument consisted of two parts which were EmotionalIntelligence Test (EIT) and the Relationship Scales Questionnaire (RSQ). The datawere analysed by correlation, stepwise regression and one-way analysis of variance.The results of the study revealed that, secure attachment predicted bothtotal emotional intelligence and its dimensions which are utilisation of emotionsand regulation of emotions. However, insecure attachment was negatively relatedto emotional intelligence abilities. The fearful attachment and dismissingattachment dimensions of insecure attachment style predicted total emotionalintelligence and its dimensions in a negative way.The results of the study were discussed in the light of the literature,shortcomings of the study and directions for future research were presented indiscussion part. | en_US |
