Abstract
Günümüzde karmaşık veriyi anlamlı hale getirme ve işletme için uygulanabilir bilgiye çevirme, bunun yanında istenen analizi yapabilme yetkinlikleri karar verme sürecini kısaltır ve riskleri azaltır. İş Zekası kavramı da bu yetkinliklerin tümünü kapsamaktadır. İş Zekası uygulamaları ile zaman kaybı yaşamadan veri istenilen halde işlenerek elde edilmek istenen analiz ve/veya raporlar kolayca oluşturulabilmektedir. İş Zekası uygulamaları, işletmelere raporlama ve analiz alanlarında müthiş bir verimlilik kazandırmaktadır. İş Zekası uygulamaları kullanıldığında raporlamaların gerçek zamanlı verilerle ve anlık olarak hazırlanmasıyla birlikte analizlerde de çok daha sağlıklı sonuçlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Otomotiv Yan Sanayi alanında hizmet veren bir firmanın Numune Üretimi süreçlerinin takibi ve raporlanması için Microsoft Power BI aracılığıyla bir İş Zekası uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, işletmede gerçekleştirilen sipariş ve süreç takibi, raporlama, analiz ve filtreleme işlemlerindeki zaman ve iş gücü kaybını en aza indirgemek ve bu süreçlerdeki verimliliği arttırmaktır. İlk olarak çalışmanın konusu ile ilgili daha önce yapılmış benzer çalışmaları inceleyebilmek adına detaylı bir literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Devamında firma genelinde kullanılan/kullanılabilecek İş Zekası uygulamaları karşılaştırılarak yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda Power BI uygulaması seçilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında önce, uygulama kapsamındaki süreçler için demo çalışmalar gerçekleştirilerek ara değerlendirmeler yapılmış ve sonrasında da firma yetkililerinin de geri bildirimleri doğrultusunda iyileştirmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın tamamlanması sonrasında uygulamaya dahil edilen süreçlerdeki iyileşme seviyeleri de hesaplanıp incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak uygulama kapsamındaki tüm süreçlerin takibi ve raporlanmasında önemli ölçüde verimlilik artışları gözlenmiştir.
Today, making complex data meaningful and turning it into information that is applicable to business, as well as the ability to make the demanded analysis shortens decision making process and reduces the risks. Business Intelligence covers all these competencies. With Business Intelligence applications, analysis and/or reports can be created easily by processing data in the demanded type without losing time. Business Intelligence applications give businesses tremendous efficiency in reporting and analysis. When using Business Intelligence applications, with real-time data and instant preparation of reports, the analysis also results in much better results. In this study, A Business Intelligence application was carried out through Microsoft Power BI to monitor and report the Sample Production processes of a company working in the Automotive Supply Industry field. The purpose of the study is to minimize loss of time and labor in; order and process tracking, reporting, analysis and filtering processes carried out in the company and increase the efficiency in these processes. Firstly, a detailed literature review was carried out in order to examine similar studies on the subject of the study. Afterwards, as a result of the evaluations made by comparing the Business Intelligence tools used/usable throughout the company, Power BI was selected. Within the scope of the study, firstly, demo studies were conducted for the processes within the scope of the application, and interim evaluations were made, and then improvements were made in comply with the feedback of the company officials. After all the studies are done that is related with the processes, the improvement levels in the processes were measured and evaluated. As a result, significant increases in efficiency were observed in monitoring and reporting of processes within the scope of implementation.
