Türkiye-Makedonya ilişkilerinde yumuşak güç faktörlerinin analizi

Abstract

Soğuk Savaş'ın sona ermesiyle ülkeler arasındaki ilişkilerin boyutu değişmiş ve yeni tür tehditler ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu tehditlerin farklı çözümler gerektirmesi üzerine de sert güç yerine yumuşak güç kullanılmaya başlamıştır.Bu çalışmada Türkiye ve Makedonya arasındaki ilişkilerde Türkiye'nin yumuşak güç faktörlerinin analizi yapılmıştır.Türkiye yumuşak güç potansiyeline de sahip bir ülkedir. Türkiye'nin dış politikasının 2000'li yıllardan itibaren geçirdiği değişim değerlendirilerek bu çerçevede Türk İşbirliği ve Kalkınma İdaresi Başkanlığı (TİKA), Yunus Emre Enstitüsü (YEE), Yurt Dışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığı (YTB) gibi birçok kurumun bölgede yaptığı projelerin Türkiye'nin yumuşak gücüne katkısı araştırılmıştır.With the end of the Cold War, the dimensions of relations between countries have changed and new kinds of threats have emerged. When these threats require different solutions, soft power is used instead of hard power. In this study, the relations between Turkey and Macedonia has made the analysis of Turkey's soft power factor. Turkey is also a country with the potential of soft power. Turkey's foreign policy in this context evaluating the changes it has undergone since the 2000s, the Turkish Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA), Yunus Emre Institute (YEE), Foreign Relatives and Communities Directorate (MDO), as did the region's many institutions, Turkey's projects contribution to soft power.
