Pain in musculoskeletal tumors

Abstract

Pain is the most common complaint in musculoskeletal tumors. It should be addressed appropriately to increase the health quality of life of these patients. There are operative and medical treatment options. The treatment should be individualized according to the patient’s general status, stage of the disease, and estimated life expectancy. This chapter will give an overview of the management of pain in musculoskeletal tumors.
