Özet

Odontogenic keratocyst, being most commonly seen in the jaws, is an epithelial developmental odontogenic cyst which has a high recurrence rate and a rapid growth potential. It is a bening interosseous pathology of the jaw. Most commonly seen clinical signs are swelling and pain at the localization of the cyst. The classic treatment of this pathology is surgical enucleation and curettage being performed through an intraoral approach. Multiple odontogenic cysts are sometimes seen with nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome. In this article, cases of odontogenic keratocysts with multiple basal cell carcinoma lesions in the different generations of the same family were presented.
