Entegre yönetim sistemleri ve bir uygulama örneği

Abstract

Tezin temel konusunu entegre yönetim sistemleri oluşturmaktadır. Entegrasyon kavramı ile başlayan çalışma, uygulama sonuçlarını da içeren genel bir değerlendirme ile son bulacaktır.Tez, üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde entegre yönetim sistemlerini oluşturan temel unsurlar anlatılacaktır. EFQM, Kalite Yönetim Sistemleri, Çevre Yönetim Sistemleri ile İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemleri bu bölümde incelenecek baslıca konuları oluşturmaktadır. İkinci bölümde sistemler arasındaki benzerlikler ile farklılıklar ele alınacaktır. Daha sonra entegre yönetim modelleri incelenecektir.Üçüncü bölümde entegre yönetim uygulamalarını içeren literatür incelenecektir. Yabancı literatürden alınan kapsamlı bir uygulama çalışması detaylı bir biçimde incelenerek, bu uygulama analiz edilecektir.Tezin sonuç bölümünde yapılan araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bilgilerin genel bir değerlendirmesi ile tez tamamlanacaktır. Yapılan çalışmanın sınırlı yerli literatüre katkıda bulunacağı ve bu alanda gelecekte yapılması olası çalışmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

The main theme of this thesis is the integrated management systems. This study will start with the examination of the integration concept and end with a general evaluation which includes the results of the case study. Thesis consists of three main parts. In this first part, main concepts forming the integrated management systems will be explained. EFQM, Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety Management Sytems are among the main topics to be examined in this part. In the second part, the similiarities and differences between the systems will be explored. Integrated management models will be examined later in this part. In the third part, literature of the integrated management systems applications will be examined. A comprehensive case study taken from the foreign literature will be explored in detail, and this case study will be analyzed. In the conclusion part of the thesis, a general evaluation of the findings obtained from this study will be made to conclude the thesis. This thesis is expected to contribute to the limited domestic literature and will shed some light on the possible future studies in this field
