dc.description.abstractIn this method woven cotton fabrics are collected at different stages of dyeing with reactive dyes and the differences in colour are measured as a function of the pH. Dyeing theory is also discussed. The pH is determined by extracting the samples. Measurements are carried out in accordance with Cielab (1976) using a Macbeth MS 2020 spectrophotometer.
