dc.description.abstractSelling of stored frozen seafood products, can cause increase of microbiological load together with the changes of freshness criterions (Turgut, 1994). It was aimed to determine the existing state of the samples of frozen seafood product in respect of their bacteriological quality, product safety and human health.
