Beden felsefesi hiç olanaklı mıdır?

Abstract

Rönesans ile beraber kıvılcımları atılan bilimin, Modern Çağ’da hızla ilerlemesi ve Yeni Çağ’da başköşeye oturması ile bir sendeleme yaşayan felsefe, bu süreç boyunca hep bir bilim olma isteği ile var olma mücadelesine girişecektir. Bu yüzyılda, bilim dallarında yaşanan çeşitlenme eğiliminin özellikle 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısıyla birlikte felsefe dallarında da yaşandığına tanık olmaktayız. Bu noktada örneğin, zihin felsefesi, biyoloji felsefesi, seks felsefesi, beden felsefesi vb birçok felsefe dalının ön plana çıktığını söyleyebiliriz. İşte tezimizin sorunu burada açığa çıkmaktadır. Tezimiz yukarıda adı geçen çeşitlenmelerden biri olan “beden felsefesi”nin tıpkı etik, ontoloji vb. gibi bir felsefe dalı olarak görülüp görülemeyeceğinin olanağını tartışmaktadır. Şüphesiz bu tezde bedenin bir felsefe konusu olup olamayacağı değil, ayrı bir “beden felsefesi”nin bir felsefe dalı olarak olanağı tartışılmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda Birinci Bölüm’de, felsefenin ne türden bir düşünme etkinliği olduğu ortaya konulmuş olup, İkinci Bölüm’de, felsefe tarihinde bedenin günümüze kadar gelinişine değinilerek Michela Marzano’nun “beden felsefesi” anlayışı bir örneklem olarak ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise Ontolojik bakış eşliğinde insan ve felsefe ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Tezimizin Sonuç Bölümü’nde ise bedenin zaten bir felsefe dalı olarak felsefi antropolojinin sınırları içinde önemli bir tartışma konusu olduğu, oysa felsefenin “bütünlüğü” görme etkinliği olduğundan hareketle kendi başına bir felsefe dalı olamayacağı gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The science that is sparked together with Renaissance has developed at Modern Age and has come forward at New Age. So the philosophy that has lived a stumble during this time will set to the struggle of existence with the wish of being science. In this century, the diversification is lived at the science fields especially together with the second half of 20th centry we witness this diversification at the philosophy fields. For instance we can say that many philosophy fields have taken over like the mind philosophy biology philosophy, the sex philosophy, the body philosophy etc. So the problem of our thesis gets out here. Our thesis discusses the body philosophy, one of the diversifications, which is passed the name above whether it is seen like an ethic, ontology etc as philosophy field. Certainly in this thesis it isn’t disscussed whether the body is an issue of philosophy on the centrary a different philosophy is discussed as a possibility of philosophy field. In this respect it is presented that the philosophy is what kind of thinking activity in the first section. At the philosophy history it is refered how the body comes to present day in the second section and it is taken over Michela Marzano’s “body philosophy” as a sample. In the third section it is emphasized the relationship of human and philosophy accompanied with the view of ontology. At the result section of our thesis, the body is already an important discussion issue as a philosophy field in the anthropology’s limits. Whereas it is tried to be shown that it wont be a philosophy field itself since the unity of philosophy is a visval activity.
