Music is being taught by music teachers at the second steps of primary schools. At the first step it is being taught by class teachers (1. 2. 3. 4. 5. classes). But class teachers as a result of their education meet with great difficulties while teaching music which needs special education and talent. A research that was done showed that this opinion is true.
