dc.description.abstractDikiş büzülmesi giysi üretiminde en ciddi ve dikkat çeken problemlerden biridir ve sık dokulu kumaşlarda daha yaygın olarak görülmektedir. Büzülme dikim esnasında ortaya çıkabileceği gibi giysinin daha sonraki ütüleme ya da yıkama işlemlerine kadar gözlenmeyebilir. Kumaş kalitesi yüksek kaliteli giysilerin üretimi için tek başına yeterli değildir. Son yıllarda yapılan araştırmalar özellikle düşük gramajlı sentetik kumaşlarda üretim aşamasında ve üretim sonrasındaki işlemler sırasında, giysi üretiminde dikiş büzülme problemini çözme üzerinedir. Bu çalışmada elastan içeren dokuma kumaşlar ve astarlık kumaşların yapısal özellikleriyle, üretim esnasında ve günlük kullanımda göstermiş oldukları dikiş büzülmesi problemleri araştırılmıştır. Farklı hammadde, örgü, ve atkı sıklığı içeren numuneler farklı büzülme oranlarında dikilmiş ve uzman kişiler tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Bir sonraki aşamada uygulamada istenilen özellikleri sağlayabilecek astarlık ve elastan içeren kumaşların dikimi için uygun atkı çözgü sıklığı, dikiş ipliği, dikiş yoğunlukları ve dikiş tipi araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen gözlem sonuçlarına göre, astarlık ve elastan içeren dokuma kumaşların tasarımı ile dikime yönelik yorumlar yapılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractSeam pucker is one of the most demanding and serious problems in germant manufacture and more common on tightly woven fabrics. Pucker may show itself when the germantis first sewn or it may not appear until later when the garment is pressed or washed. Fabric quality is not sufficient enough alone to produce high quality garments. Recent research has established the causes of the problem and has indicated ways to predict and eliminate seam pucker in light weight synthetic fabrics, either at the textile processing stage or later in the apperal production process. In this study, the structural features of elastic woven stretch and interlining fabrics and seam pucker has been searched in process as well ass in daily usage. Different samples with different weave, comsposition and weft and yarn types, picks were sewen with different pucker degrees. After that, all samples were being assessed by experienced people. At next stage, weft and warp yarn types, picks and sewing yarn type were being inspectered both elastic woven stretch samples and interlining samples. According the assesment results, comments were done regarding interlining fabric and elastic woven strectch fabrics planning and sewing.en_US
