Abstract
İnsan yaşamında endüstrileşme hareketi günümüze kadar artarak devam etmiş, teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyal sorunlar artmıştır. Günümüzde hemen her alanda karşımıza çıkan bu olumsuz koşullar insanlığın geleceğini olumsuz etkileyecek düzeylere ulaşmıştır. Bu sorunların çözümüne yönelik olarak sürdürülebilirlik kavramı dünyanın önemli gündem maddeleri arasında yer almaya başlamıştır. Çalışmanın amacı; yerel, ulusal ve küresel ölçekte sürdürülebilirlik kapsamında sürdürülebilir bina üretiminin ve önemli başlıklarından biri olan yapısal atık azaltımının irdelenmesidir. Mimari tasarım sürecinin sürdürülebilir bina üretimine etkisinin önemi incelenmiştir. Bursa alan çalışması ile mimarların yapısal atık konusuna bakış açısı saptanmıştır. Mimari projelerde sürdürülebilirlik ilkeleri göz önünde bulundurularak yapısal atık azaltımı hedeflenmektedir. Bu çalışmada birinci bölümde problemin tanımı, amacı, kullanılan yöntem ve kapsamı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde sürdürülebilirlik kavramı; tanımlar ve ilişkili olduğu konular ile birlikte değerlendirilmiş, Türkiye'de ve dünyadaki gelişimi ve bu süreçte ortaya çıkan sürdürülebilir kalkınmaya yer verilmiştir. Bina üretim süreci, yapı yaşam döngüsü ve çevresel bina değerlendirme kavramları irdelenmiş, yapısal atıkların bu kavramdaki yeri ve önemi açıklanarak kavramların birbiriyle olan ilişkisi ortaya konmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde yapısal atık oluşumu ve azaltımına yönelik çalışma yapılmıştır. Bina üretim sürecinde yapısal atık oluşumu, çevresel etkileri, yönetimi ve yönetmelikleri araştırılmıştır. Yapısal atık önlemede mimarların görev ve sorumluluklarının saptanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde önceki aşamalarda yapılan araştırmalara yönelik örnekler irdelenip alan araştırması için hazırlanan anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde yapılan anket çalışması değerlendirilmiş ve sonuçları ortaya konmuştur.
The movement of industrialization has continued to increase as it has become increasingly technological, and environmental, economical and social problems have increased. These adverse conditions that have come to our attention in almost every area today have reached levels that will affect the future of mankind. In order to solve these problems, the concept of sustainability has emerged and it has become one of the important agenda items of the world. The purpose of this study is to examine sustainable building production and construction and demolation waste reduction within sustainability at the local, global and national scale. The importance of the influence of the architectural design process on sustainable building production has been examined. The perspective of the architects who working in the city of Bursa on structural waste was determined. Construction and demolition waste reduction is targeted in architectural projects by taking sustainability principles into consideration. In the first part of this study, the definition, purpose, method and scope of the problem are discussed. In the second part, the concept of sustainability is defined and evaluated together with the relevant topics. Historical process and sustainable development emerged in this process in Turkey and the world. The concepts of construction life cycle and environmental building evaluation are examined. The place and importance of construction and demolition waste in this concept is explained and the relation between the concepts is explained. In the third chapter, a study has been made on construction and demolition waste generation and reduction. Construction and demolition waste generation, environmental effects, management and regulations were investigated during the building process. The task and responsibilities of architects in the prevention of construction and demolition waste have been tried to be determined. In the fourth chapter, the examples for the researches made in the previous stages were examined and the questionnaire study prepared for the field research was done. In the fifth section; he questionnaire study was evaluated and the results were presented.
