| dc.description.abstract | Buğday samanı, % 4 ve % 8 üre (suda eritilmiş) ile muamele edilmiş katkısız buğday samanı, % 4,8 ve 12 üre (suda eritilmiş) ile muamele edilmiş melas katkılı buğday samanı ve sodyum hidroksitle muamele edilmiş buğday samanının sindirilebilir besin maddeleri içeriği ve sindirilme dereceleri klasik sindirim denemesi yöntemiyle araştırılmıştır. Saman örneklerinde kuru madde, organik maddeler, ham . protein, ham yağ, ham sellüloz ve N 'siz öz maddelerin sindirilme dereceleri sırasıyla• % 49.58, 48.63, 5.65, 42.0, 55.29, 47.17; % 53.72, 55.78, 41.38, 47.78, 62.97, 50.86;% 55.68, 58.34, 65.45, 51.91, 65.09, 49.18; %.58.13; 60.63, 65.03, 54.22, 59.27, 60.70;% 60.91, 62.93, 70.40, 59.81, 61.41, 62.51;% 63.22, 64.87, 76.70, 55:33, 61.53, 63.49; % 45.06, 46.28, 10.75, 36.59, 39.96, 54.74, enerji değerleri ise 21.76, 27.47, 29.79, 34.04, 36.06, 34.02 ve 22.16 ND olarak saptanmıştır. Ham . sellüloz en yüksek oranda % 8 üre ile muamele edilmiş katkısız buğday samanında sindirilmiş ve samana melas katmanın özellikle ham sellülozun sindirilme derecesindeki artışı sınırlandırdığı görülmüştür. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Metabolism trials were conducted to investigate crude nıtrient content and digestibilities of untreated wheat straw, unsupplied wheat straws treated with 4 and 8 % urea (dissolved in water), wheat straws supplied with molasses and treated with respectively 4,8 and 12• % urea.(dissolved in water) and wheat straw treated with s0dium hyciroxide. Digestibilities of drymatter, organic. matters, crude 'protein, crude fat, crude cellulose and nitragen free extract matters content of straw samples were determined as 49.58 %, 48.63, 6.66, 42.00, 66.29; 47.17; 53.72 %, 55. 78, 41.38, 47.78, 62.97, 50.86; 55.68 %, 58.34, 65.45, 51.91, 65.09, 49.18;58.13 %, 60.63, 65.03, 54.22, 59.27, .60.70; 60.91 %, 62.93, 70.40, 69.81, 61.41, 62.51; 63.22%, 64.87, 76.70, 55.33, 61.53, '63.49; 4~.06%, 46.28, 10.75, 36.69, 39.96, 54.74 respectively, and energy contents were 21.76, 27.47, 29.79, 34.04, 36.06, 34.02 and 22.16 starch value.
