| dc.description.abstract | Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Kadın Hastanesinde 1980-1987 yılları arasında 9 testiküler feminizasyon olgusu saptanmıştır. Bunların karyotip tayinleri, hormon profilleri ve laparoskopik tetkikleri yapılmıştır. Kesin tanıdan sonra testis ekstirpasyon ile yapılıp hormon replasman tedavisine alınmışlardır. | |

Once the diagnosis is established gonadectomy and hormone replacement therapy is performed. | |
