dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada düz örme makinalannda bulunan iplik besleme sistemleri incelenerek bu sistemlerin kumaş yapısına etkisi açıklanmıştır. Konvensiyonal iplik beslemeli bir düz örme makinasında iplik gerginliğini ve iplik uzunluğunu ölçmek amacıyla bilgisayar destekli bir ölçüm ünitesi tasarlanmıştır. Bu ünitede bir interface kartı ile gerginlik ölçer ve enkoder cihazlarından sayısal bilgiler alınmıştır. Interface kartından bilgilerin alınması için C programlama diliyle bir program yazılmıştır. Ölçüm ünitesi ile örme sırasında meydana gelen gerilimler ve tüketilen iplik uzunluk değerleri elde edilmiştir. Örme sonrasında kumaş üzerinde ölçümler yapılmıştır ve bu veriler bilgisayardan alman verilerle karşılaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, yarn feeding systems in flat knitting maschines were examined and explained the influence of these systems on fabric structure. At a flat bed knitting machine with conventional yarn feed systems a computer aided measurement unit was designed in order to measure yarn tension and yarn length. In this unit digital information was taken with a interface card from tension and encoder instruments. In order to get data from interface card, a software program in C language was written. With the measurement unit the tension that in knitting occurred and the values of length of yarn consumed was taken. After knitting measurements made on fabrics and these data were compared with those that were taken from computer.en_US
