dc.description.abstractPolimer malzemeler günümüz teknolojisinde güçlü mekanik özelliklere sahip olmaları, hızlı şekillendirilebilmeleri, düşük maliyetli olmaları gibi birçok sebeple yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu malzemelerin kullanıma kazandırılmaları amacıyla çok çeşitli üretim yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir ve uygulanmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerden biri de ekstrüzyon yöntemidir. Çoğu alanda ihtiyaç duyulan plastik profillerin büyük bir kısmının düşük maliyetli ve sürekli bir yöntem olan ekstrüzyon yöntemi ile elde edilebilmesi bu yöntemin yaygın olarak kullanılmasına ve bu teknolojinin büyük oranda gelişmesine olanak sağlamıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında polimer malzemelerin şekillendirilmesinde kullanılan ekstrüzyon yöntem ve prosesi incelenerek prosese etki eden faktörler analiz edilmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractPolymer materials are widely used in today's technology for many reasons such as having strong mechanical properties, being able to be shaped quickly, and being low cost. Therefore, a wide variety of production methods have been developed and implemented in order to make these materials useful. One of these methods is the extrusion method. In most areas, a large part of the required plastic profiles can be obtained with the extrusion method, which is a low-cost and continuous method, allowing this method to be used extensively and to develop this technology in large scale. In this thesis study, the factors effecting the process were analyzed by examining the extrusion method and process used in shaping the polymer materials.en_US
