Tavuk, güvercin ve yerli ördeklerde nervus pectoralis cranialis ve caudalis ile nervus coracobrachialis caudalis'in morfolojik ve morfometrik incelenmesi

Abstract
Çalışmada 10'ar adet tavuk, yerli ördek ve güvercin kullanıldı. Kanatlılar öldürme işlemini takiben % 10'luk formaldehit ile tespit edildi. Nervus pectoralis cranialis ve caudalis ile n. mi. coracobrachialis caudalis açığa çıkarıldı. Sinirlerden ise 0.2-0.4 cm. kalınlığında enine kesitler alındı. Sinir kesit yüzeyleri çini mürekkebi ile boyandı. Sinirler 2x2x10 büyütmede incelendi. Uçma kaslarını innerve eden n. pectoralis, fasciculus ventralis in tavukta cranial, ördekte caudomedial, güvercinde ise medial demetlerince şekillendirildiği tespit edildi. Nervus pectoralis in kasa girmeden önce cranial ve caudal olmak üzere 2 kala ayrıldığı saptandı. Daha sonra bu kollarım innervasyon bölgesine göre alt kollarına ayrıldığı gönüldü. Demet sayısı bakımından 7. kesit (nervus pectoralis caudalis in caudal kolunun son kollarına ayrılmadan önce alındı) dışında türler arasında istatistiksel yönden anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı saptandı. Yatay demet çaplarının 5. (nervus pectoralis caudalis n. pectoralis den ayrıldıktan 1 cm. sonra alındı, P< 0.01) ile ll. (nervus pectoralis caudalis in caudal kolunun son caudal kolundan alındı, P< 0.05) kesitlerde türler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar içerdiği, diğer kesitlerde önemli bir farklılığın olmadığı belirlendi. Dikey demet çaplarında yine aynı kesitlerde, istatistiksel olarak önemli farklılıkların bulunduğu (P< 0.001 ile P< 0.05), diğer kesitlerde ise anlamlı farklılıklar olmadığı tespit edildi.
In this study 10 chickens, 10 native ducks and 10 pigeons were used. The birds were died, then they were fixed by formaldehyde 10 %. The cranial and caudal pectoral nerves and the coracobrachialis nerve were exposed.The nerves cut faces were dyed by india ink. The nerves were examined in 2x2x10 magnification. lt was observed that pectoral nerve which innerve the lying muscle were formed by cranial bundles of ventral fascicle of brachial plexus in chicken, caudomedial bundles in native duck and medial bundles in pigeons. The pectoral nerve is separated into cranial and caudal branches before it joins to muscle.These branches were divided to suij-branches according to innervation sites. It was determined that there is no difference in the species according to bundle numbers except for 1" cut Jace (it was taken bejare point of separation of last branches of caudal branch of the caudal pectoral nerve). lt was determined that there was no difference in the species in diameters of transversal bundles of 51" (it was taken 1 cm. After that caıtdal pectoral nerve was separated from pectoral nerve) and 11'1 (it was taken from last caudal branch of caudal branch of the caudal pectoral nerve) cut faces. it was observed that there was important differences in diameters of perpendicular bundles in the same cut faces (P<0.001 and P< 0.05), there was no meaningful differences in other cut faces.
