dc.description.abstractHolştayn ırkı 2,5 yaşlı 8 aylık gebe iken yavru atan inekte östradiol, progesteron, hematokrit, hemoglobin, alyuvar sayısı, ortalama alyuvar hacmi (OAH), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini (OAHb), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini yoğunluğu (OAHbY), akyuvar sayısı, glikoz, total kolesterol, total protein, albumin ve globulin değerleri incelendi. Yavru atımından 50, 37, 21 ve 7 gün önce alınan kan örneklerinde östradiol değerleri sırasıyla 80, 90, 38, 99 pg/ml, progesteron değerleri ise 7.4, 7.6,. 9.8, 8.6 ng/ml olarak saptandı. Yavru atımından sonra östradiolün 76.5 pg/ml., progesteronun ise 1.3 ng/ml olduğu görüldü. Diğer kan parametreleri, ineklerde gebeliğin kurudaki dönemi için bildirilen değerlerle benzer bulundutr_TR
dc.description.abstractOestradiol, progesterone,hematocrit, hemoglobin, red blood cell count, mean corpucular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), total leukocyte count, glycose, total cholesterol, total protein, albumine and globuline values were investigated in blood of 2,5 years old Holstein cow which aborted in the 8th month of pregnancy. Blood samples taken 50,37,21 and 7 days before abortion were analyzed for oestradiol and progesteron as 80, 90, 38, 99 pg/ml; 7.4, 7.6, 9.8, 8.6 ng/ml respectively. Oestradiol was 76,5 pg/ml and progesterone was 1.3 ng/ml after abortion. Other blood parameters were found similar to values of other cows which were in dry period.en_US
