Abstract
Bu çalışma, uzaktan çalışmada iş stresi ile iş-yaşam dengesi ilişkisinin araştırılması için hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi Uludağ Üniversitesi akademisyenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya 131 akademisyen katılmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde uzaktan çalışma, iş stresi ve iş-yaşam dengesi kavramları ile ilgili teorik çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. İkinci bölümde iş stresi ve iş-yaşam dengesi kavramlarını ve bu kavramların birbirleriyle olan ilişkisini inceleyen ulusal ve uluslararası literatürde yayınlanmış makaleler incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise elde edilen veriler SPSS29 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda uzaktan çalışmada iş stresi ve iş yaşam dengesi arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu, iş stresinin iş-yaşam dengesinin belirlenen dört alt boyutu ile anlamlı bir ilişkisi olduğu ve son olarak da uzaktan çalışmada iş stresinin iş-yaşam dengesi üzerinde bir etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur.
This study was prepared to investigate the relationship between job stress and work-life balance in remote work. The sample of the research consists of Uludağ University academicians. 131 academicians participated in the research. In the first part of the research, a theoretical framework was created regarding the concepts of remote working, job stress and work-life balance. In the second part, articles published in national and international literature examining the concepts of work stress and work-life balance and the relationship between these concepts were examined. In the last section, the data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS29 program. As a result of the analyses, it was found that there was a negative significant relationship between work stress and work life balance in remote work, that work stress had a significant relationship with the four determined sub-dimensions of work-life balance, and finally, that work stress had an effect on work-life balance in remote work.
