Bursa’da bir Mısrî Dergâhı ve son postnişîni: Seyyid Baba Tekkesi ve Şeyh Sâbit Efendi

Abstract

Osmanlı İmparatorluğu hâkimiyetindeki topraklarda ve özellikle de Bursa’da yaşayan tasavvuf erbabı içinde Niyazî-i Mısrî ve Mısriyye tarikatının özel bir yeri olmuştur. Mısrî sayısız mürid yetiştirmiş ve geride pek çok halife bırakmıştır. Bu halifelerden Bursa’da kendi adına bir tekke kuran Seyyid Mehmed Emin Efendi ve onun torunlarından Şeyh Sâbit Efendi bu makalenin konusunu teşkil etmektedir

Among the many dervish fraternities (orders), which have exercised their influence over the lives of a large proportion of the Turkish people of the Otoman Empire and people of the Bursa in particular Niyazi-i Mısrî and Mısriyye order have held a unique place. Niyazi educated many disciples and leaved successors (caliphs). Among theese caliphs Seyyid Mehmed Emin Efendi, who found the Seyyid Baba Tekkesi in Bursa, and his grandchild Şeyh Sâbit Efendi are the subject of this article.
