dc.description.abstract1988 yılında inoperabi Büyük Hücreli Akciğer kanseri tanısı konan, Radyoterapi ve kemoterapi ile tedavi edilen hasta. ektopik ACTH sendromu klinik ve laboratuvar olarak tanımlandı. Akciğer kanserlerinde ve özellikle küçük Hücreli Akciğer Kanserlerinde stk olarak rastlanan bu sendromun Büyük Hücreli Akciğer Kanserlerinde nadir olarak gözlenmesi ve yaşam kalitesine, süresine olan etkileri nedeni ile literatür bilgileri gözden geçirilerek sunuldu.tr_TR
