dc.description.abstractThe antihypertensive efficacy and reliability of slow release formulation of isradipine have been examined in 20 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension. It has been proved that isradipine is well- tolerated and can be an effective first-choice drug for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.en_US
