| dc.description.abstract | Her dinde olduğu gibi İslam dininde de mükelleflerin uymaları gereken bazı emirler ve kaçınmaları gereken birtakım yasaklar vardır. Bunun yanında söz konusu emir ve yasaklar arasında kalan ve hakkında kesin bilgi bulunmayan şüpheli ve belirsiz bazı durumlar da vardır.Dini hayatı daha tatminkâr düzeyde sürdürmek isteyen mükelleflerin bu gibi belirsiz ve şüpheli durumlarda, sorumluluktan kurtulma, günaha ve harama düşme tehlikesinde korunma adına hassasiyet göstermeleri benimsemeleri gereken bir tutumdur.Bu noktada ihtiyatı gözetmek, onu uygulamak, Emir Koyucunun amacı doğrultusunda dini bir yaşayış benimsemenin bir yoludur. Zira ihtiyatın gözetilmediği bir ortamda mükellefin şüpheli bir durumda harama düşme ihtimali yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Like in every religion, in Islam there are some obligations believers must obey and some prohibitons believers must prevent. Moreover, there are some other cases which fall between those obligations and prohibitions.It is incumbent upon believers that they should be careful in order to maintain the rules of their religion and thus to be saved from falling into committing sin.In this regard, observing ihtiyat is the only way to live the religion according to the purpose of the Law Maker. This is because it is undeniable that a beliver can easily commit a sin if he/she does not observe ihtiyat. | en_US |
