| dc.description.abstract | Bu tezin amacı endüstriyel alanlarda kullanım sonucu ortaya çıkan kauçuk atıkların yeniden kullanım metodları ve uygulama alanlarını incelemektir. Bu amaç ile tezde ilk olarak Kauçuğun tarifi yapılmakta ve teknolojik malzeme olarak kauçuk çeşitleri ve bu çeşitlerin mekanik özellikleri incelenmektedir. Daha sonraki adımlarda endüstrideki uygulama alanları, işleme prosesleri ve bu proseslerde kullanılacak malzemenin hazırlanmasından bahsedilmektedir. Son olarak tezin en önemli bölümü olan kauçuk atıkların geri dönüşümünden bahsedilmektedir. Bu son bölümde kauçuk atıkların hangi prosesler sonucu ve niçin meydana geldiğinden, geri dönüşümlü kauçuğun hazırlanmasından, işleme proseslerine ne şekilde ve nasıl ilave edileceğinden, mekanik özelliklere etkisinden ve endüstriyel uygulama alanlarından bahsedilmektedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to examine the implementation areas and re- utilization methods of rubber churns that are emerged from the utilization in industrial areas. With this purpose, in this thesis, firstly rubber is defined and as a technological material rubber types and mechanical properties of these rubber types are examined. In the next step, application areas in the industry, treatment processes, and the preparation of this material that will be utilized in this processes are mentioned. Consequently, re cycling of rubber churns is mentioned. In this last chapter, how rubber churns are formed, from which processes and why formed, preparation of re-cyclable rubber, how it will be added to treatment processes, its effect on mechanical properties and industrial implementation areas are mentioned. | en_US |
