Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında, konvansiyonel yöntemlerle üretilmiş polyester ve geri dönüşüm işlemiyle üretilmiş polyester atkı iplikleri kullanılarak farklı konstrüksiyonlarda üretilen iki dokuma kumaş grbunun bazı performans özellikleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla; geri dönüşüme uygun olmasından kaynaklı polietilen tereftalat polimeri (PET) ile elde edilen polyester kumaşlar tercih edilmiştir. Öncelikle iki kumaşta da çözgü iplik numarası, çözgü cinsi, kumaş örgüsü, kumaş sıklıkları gibi ana parametreler sabit tutulmuştur. Atkı ipliğinde ise geri dönüşüm ve konvansiyonel yöntemlerle üretilmiş polyester iplikler kullanılarak konstrüksiyonları çeşitlendirilmiştir. İki farklı grup olarak oluşturulan bu dokuma kumaşlar ardından farklı renklerde boyanarak toplamda 8 adet farklı numune elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın devamında bu kumaşlara uluslararası test standartları ve analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak fiziksel, kimyasal testler uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra kullanılan farklı yapıdaki ipliklerin kumaş performansına etkisi değerlendirilerek gerekli karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır Geri dönüştürülmüş polyester ipliklerin, konvansiyonel yöntemlerle üretilmiş polyester iplikler yerine kullanılıp kullanılmayacağı araştırılarak yorumlanmıştır.
In this study, some performance properties of two woven fabric groups produced in different constructions using poliester weft yarns produced by conventional methods and poliester weft yarns produced by recycling process were compared. For this purpose; poliester fabrics obtained with polyethylene terephthalate polymer (PET) were preferred because they are suitable for recycling. First of all, the main parameters such as warp yarn count, warp type, fabric weave, fabric density were kept stable in both fabrics. Constructions were diversified by using poliester yarns produced by recycling and conventional methods in weft yarns. These woven fabrics, which were created as two different groups, were then dyed in different colors and a total of 8 different samples were obtained. In the continuation of the study, physical and chemical tests were applied to these fabrics using international test standards and analysis methods. Afterwards, the effects of different yarns used on fabric performance were evaluated and necessary comparisons were made. It was investigated and interpreted whether recycled poliester yarns can be used instead of polyester yarns produced by conventional methods.
