Spontan abortuslarda korion villus örneklerinden (CVS) direkt kromozom analiz yöntemi ile sitogenetik değerlendirme

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, spontan abortus materyalinden elde edilen koriorı villus (CV) hücrelerinden direkt kromozom analizi yöntemi ile sitogenetik değerlendirme yapılarak sayısal ve yapısal kromozom kusurları araştırıldı. Sitogenetik değerlendirme sonucunda 2 vakada mozaik tetraploidi, 1 vakada mozaik monozomi ve 1 vakada mozaik hiperdiploidi şeklinde sayısal kromozom anomalileri (CA) gözlendi. Ayrıca bir vaka'nın 14 metafaz figüründen ikisinde kırık şeklinde yapısal kusurlar belirlendi.In this study, we investigated number and structural defects of chromosomes by direkt chromosome analysis method of chorion vilhus sampling (CVS) from spontaneous abortions. In the result of cytogenetical evaluation we observed the number chromosome anomalies as mosaic tetrap- loidy in two cases, mosaic hyperdiploidy in one case and mosaic monosomy in one case. Moreover, we determined structural defects such as breaks in the two figures from 14 metaphase figures.
