dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, endüstri devrimine geç giren ülkelerin endüstrileşmelerinin ardındaki dinamikleri Alexander Gerschenkron'un geliştirdiği teorik çerçeve açısından irdelemektedir. Endüstrileşme için gerekli ön koşulların olmadığı bu ülkelerde bu koşulların yerine ikame edici ögeler geçmektedir. Devletin ikame edici kurum olarak ortaya çıktığı özellikle çok geri kalmış ülkelerde, devletin izlediği bilinçli politikaların ve yarattığı sistematik unsurların endüstrileşme süreci üzerindeki etkileri farklı ülkeler bağlamında değerlendirilmektedir. Bununla birlikte bu çalışmada devletin izlediği politikalara rağmen endüstriyel sıçramayı gerçekleştirememiş ekonomilerden de bahsedilmektedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study examines the dynamics of the industrialization in the late industrialized countries in terms of the theoretical framework which developed by Alexander Gerschenkron. Accordingly in these countries, the policies of government effectively substituted for the lacking prerequisites of modern industrialization. In this study, the effects on the industrialization of the systematic factors caused by state policies is assessed in the context of different countries. In this study, the countries which failed to realize their industrial spurt is also mentioned.en_US
