| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamızda 20 yaşındaki bayan hastada pankreas kuyruğunda yerleşen 4x4x3,5 cm boyutlarında papiller kistik tümör tanımlanmaktadır. Hastanın üç yıldır karaciğerde kist hidatik tanısıyla takip edildiği bildirilmekte idi. Tümör makroskopik olarak solid ve papiller komponent içermekte idi. Mikroskobik olarak yuvarlak ve poligonal şekilli, nükleusları oldukça uniform görünüşlü, bir kısmı berrak bir kısmı eozinofilik sitoplazmalı atipik epitelyal hücrelerden oluşan solid ve psödopapiller yapılar içermekle idi. Grimellus boyamasında argirofilik granüller tesbit edildi. Peroksidaz antiperoksidaz yöntemi ile NSE için yapılan immünohistokimyasal boyamada pozitif sonuç elde edildi. Morfolojik ve immünohistokimyasal olarak papiller kistik tümör olarak değerlendirdiğimiz bu nadir olguyu kaynak bilgileri ışığı altında sunmayı amaçladık. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this article we have presented a papillary cystic tumor of the pancreas in a twenty-year-old woman. The patient has been followed by the clinicians for three years because of misdiagnosis hydatid cyst. The tumor has been localised at the tail of pancreas and measured about 4x4x3.5 cm. On gross examination the tumor has shown centralIly cystic cavities including hemoragic material surrounded by thick fibrous and calcified pseudocapsul. Microscopically the tumor has consisted of round and uniform epithelial cells arranged in pseudopapillary and solid pattern. The cytoplasm of cells is clear or eosinophilic. Argyrophilic granules have been seen in cytoplasm by grimellus staining. ln addition, neuron specific enolase has been identified in tumor with the help of peroxidase antiperoxidase technique. | en_US |
