Bursa (Türkiye) ili sahil ve göl kıyısında yayılış gösteren likenler üzerinde taksonomik ve ekolojik incelemeler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Bursa ili sahil şeridindeki (Altıntaş, Eğerce, Gemlik, Karacaali, Kumla, Kurşunlu, Mudanya, Narlı, Tirilye) lokalitelerinden denizden itibaren 0-5 m, 10 m, 20 m ve 30 m’ den, İznik ve Uluabat Göllerinin ise kuzey, güney, doğu, batı yönlerinden kıyıdan benzer uzaklıklarda çeşitli substratlardan örnekleme yapılmıştır. 29.09.2019-04.11.2021 tarihleri arasında 72 lokaliteden 277 liken örneği toplanmış ve teşhis edilen örneklerin Ascomycota’ ya ait 52 cins altında 107 liken taksonu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen taksonlardan 1 tanesinin Türkiye için yeni kayıt, 24’ ünün ise Bursa için yeni kayıt olduğu saptanmıştır. Türkiye için yeni kayıt olan tür; Pyrenocollema elegans R. Sant. (1992). In this study, lichen samples were collected from various substrates on 0-5 m, 10 m, 20 m and 30 m from the sea at the localities on the coastline of Bursa (Altıntaş, Eğerce, Gemlik, Karacaali, Kumla, Kurşunlu, Mudanya, Narlı, Tirilye). In addition, lichens on various substrates were sampled from the north, south, east and west directions of İznik and Uluabat Lakes at similar distances from the shore. Between 29.09.2019 and 04.11.2021, 277 lichen samples were collected from 72 localities and it was determined that the identified samples were 107 lichen taxa under 52 genera belonging to Ascomycota. It was determined that of the id 1 entified taxa were new records for Turkey and 24 were new records for Bursa. Species that ise new record for Turkey; Pyrenocollema elegans R. Sant. (1992). Species that are new records for Bursa; Bagliettoa parmigerella (Zahlbr.) Vězda & Poelt 1981, Caloplaca rubelliana (Ach.) Lojka 1876, Caloplaca virescens (Sm.)
