Kompakt iplikçilik sisteminde üretilen ipliklerin yapısal özellikleri ve bazı üretim parametrelerinin etkileri üzerine bir araştırma

dc.description.abstractKonvansiyonel Ring iplikçiliğindeki eğirme üçgeninin elimine edilmesiyle ortaya çıkan kompakt iplikçilik, dünya üzerinde henüz yeni yayılmaya başlayan bir iplikçilik sistemidir. Bu iplikçilik sistemi ile ilgili literatürde mevcut çalışmalar, daha çok makina üretici firmalar tarafından gerçekleştirilmiş olup, detaylı bilgi içermemektedir. Kompakt iplikçilik sistemi ile ilgili olarak gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada; % 100 pamuk hammaddesi kullanılarak farklı büküm ve inceliğe sahip kompakt iplikler ve bunların eşleniği olan ring iplikler üretilmiştir. Daha sonra, elde edilmiş olan bu ipliklerin aynı dokuma konstrüksiyonu içinde yan yana kullanılmasıyla elde edilen farklı tipte dokuma kumaşlar üretilmiştir. Üretilen ipliklerin mukavemet, düzgünsüzlük, hata ve tüylülük özellikleri incelenmiş, aynı şekilde üretilen kumaşların da mukavemet, boncuklaşma ve aşınma özellikleri incelenmiştir. Farklı ipliklerin ve bu ipliklerden elde edilen farklı tipteki kumaşların özellikleri ele alınarak, iplik özellilerinin kumaş özelliklerine ne şekilde yansıdığı hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda, pek çok özellik açısından kompakt ipliklerin ring ipliklere göre önemli farklılıklar gösterdiği ve bu farklılıkların kumaş özelliklerine de yansıdığı görülmüştür.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractCompact spinning, which stems from the elimination of spinning triangle in conventional ring spinning, is a recently developed system. The information available in the literature about this spinning system are mainly released by machine manufacturers, and they do not contain the detail. In this study about compact spinning, compact and equivalent ring yarns were produced with different yarn counts and twists using %100 cotton raw material. Then, fabrics with the same construction were woven side by side using compact and conventional ring yarns. Tests were conducted to determine the tensile, irregularity, imperfection and hairiness properties of both compact and conventional ring yams. Tests were also conducted for the determination of tensile, pilling and abrasion properties of fabrics woven with compact and ring yarns. Based on the test results of different yarns and fabrics, the effect of yarn properties on fabric properties is assessed. As a result, it was found that compact yarns showed differences in yarn properties compared with ring yarns and these differences reflected themselves in fabric properties.en_US
