Günümüzün sosyal ve politik kontekstinde adem-i merkeziyet ve Prens Sabahattin

Abstract

Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun son yolları ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti'nin ilk yıllarında sosyolog olarak yaşamış, Prens Sabahattin olarak bilinen Mehmet Sabahattin'in hayatı anlatılacaktır. Ardından bu kişinin Le Play Ekolü'nden örnek aldığı "adem-i merkeziyet" kavramı açıklanacaktır. Bu tezde son olarak "adem-i merkeziyetçilik" kavramının günümüz sosyal ve politik kontekstinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde nasıl bir yere sahip olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılacaktır.Known as Prince Sabahattin, Mehmet Sabahattin's life that lived in last period of Ottoman Empire and early years of Republic of Turkey as a sociologist will be explained. Then, Prince Sabahattin took a sample of the school influenced by Le Play; "decentralization" concept will be explained. In this thesis, as the last "decentralization" concept in today's social and political context in the Republic of Turkey to have to determine what will be studied.
