dc.description.abstractEğitim sistemine değişik kaynaklardan yetişen sınıf öğretmenlerinin katılmasıyla farklı sorunlar yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu sorunları aşmanın bir yolu da bu öğretmenlerin sistem içinde verimlerinin yükseltilebilmesi ve daha iyi yetiştirilebilmeleri için yapılanlar ve yapılabileceklerdir. Bu nedenle bu grup öğretmenlerin hangi kaynaklardan geldikleri ve bu mesleği seçme nedenleri önem kazanmaktadır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractBecause of the various source of dasroom teacher educations, diff erent problems started. One of the way to surpass these problems is to incre ase productivity of these teachers in the system and the things done and can be done to educate them beter. For that reason the source of these teachers and the reasons of chosing this profession are becoming important.en_US
