Farklı yem fabrikalarında üretilen broyler yemlerinin besin maddeleri içerikleri ve performans üzerine etkileri yönünden incelenmesi

Abstract
Birbirini izleyen iki ayrı denemede, toplam sekiz farklı yem fabrikasına ait brayler civciv ve büyütme yemlerinin besin maddeleri içerikleri ve bunların performansa etkileri incelenmiştir. İki ayrı denemede her birinde 50'şer adet civciv bulunan 8 grupta toplam 400 adet günlük et tipi Avian hibrit civciv kullanılmıştır. İlk denemede farklı fabrikalara ait yemlerle beslenen gruplar ve civcivlere yedirilen yemler A, B, C, D; ikinci denemede ise E, F, G ve H şeklinde adlandırılmışlardır. Deneme birbirini izleyen 6'şar haftalık dönemlerde yürütülmüştür. Besin maddesi ve enerji değerleri göz önüne alındığında, sekiz ayrı fabrikada üretilen brayler başlangıç yemlerinden B, büyütme yemlerinden ise C yeminin TSE standartlarına uygun olduğu saptanmıştır. Başlangıç yeminin yedirildiği ilk üç haftanın sonunda en yüksek canlı ağırlık ortalaması, l denemede B grubunda, ll. denemede ise E grubunda saptanmıştır (p<0 .001). Deneme sonu canlı ağırlık ortalamaları dikkate alındığında, l denemede gruplar arasında istatistiksel önemde bir fark bulamazken, Il. denemede E ve G grupları en yüksek canlı ağırlığa ulaşmışlardır (p<0.001). Bu sonuçlara göre, Türkiye'de üretilen broyler yemlerinin çoğunun TSE standartlarına göre ikinci sınıf yem niteliğine sahip oldukları görülmüştür.
Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the nutrients compositions of eight different commercial broiler starter and grower feeds and their effects on broiler performance during following periods. Four hundred, day-old Avian chicks were randomly allocated to eight treatment groups. In the first trial, different groups and feeds which were given to these groups were Labelled A, B, C, D and in the second trial they were Iabelled E, F, G, H. The treatment period was six-weeks in both trials. Corresponding nutrients compositions and energy values of different eight commercial broiler diets only one starter (B) and one grower (C) diets were acceptable by the Institute of Turkish Standards. After three weeks during starter diets were fed, the highest mean body weight were found group B birds for the first trial, and also group E birds the second trial (p< 0.001). At the end of the study, there were no differences between groups in the .first experiment, but E and G groups had significantly higher body weights than F and H group in the second experiment (p< 0.00I). In conclusion, many commercial broiler feeds which produced in Turkey were in the second quality when they evaluated by the Institute of Turkish Standards.
