Abstract
Esnek çalışma saatleri çalışanlara çalışacakları her gün için çalışma saatlerini seçme özgürlüğü veren bir düzenlemedir. Esnek çalışma ile ilgili ilk deneme trafik sıkışıklığıyla ilgili olarak F. Almanya'da gerçekleştirilmiştir. Günümüzde birçok işletmede esnek çalışma saatleri uygulanmaktadır.
Flexible working hours are an arrangement that gives employees some freedom in choosing the hours each day during which they will work. The first experiment with flexible hours occurred in Germany as a result of traffic congestion. Presently in large amount of comparies it has been used flexible working hours.
