Visseral donör alanlar ve kullanımları

Abstract

Plastik ve Rekonstrüktif Cerrahi 'de kullanılan başlıca viseral dokular omentum majus, mide, jejunum ve kolondur. Laparotomi zorunluluğunun viseral alanların kullanımlarını ikinci plana itmesine rağmen, değişik vaka gruplarında kullanılma potansiyeline sahiplerdir. Uygun endikasyonda, tecrübeli bir ekibe düşük mortalite ve morbiditeye sahip başarılı rekonstrüktif sonuçlar alınabilmektedir.Omentum nıajus, stomach, jejununı and colon are the main visceral tissues which are canımonly used in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Although aparotonıy risks prevented their use to be the first choice in most of the cases, they have a high potential of application in many different situations. With appropriate indication and an expert surgical team, successful reconstructive results with low nıorbidity and mortality may be obtained.
