| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada yumurta verim düşüklüğü görülen kümeslerde EDS 76 virusuna karşı oluşan antikorların Hİ ve AGP testleri ile saptanması ve virus izolasyonu üzerinde durulmuştur. Yumurta verim düşüklüğü görülen yumurta tavuğu ve damızlık ünitelerde % 17-52 arasında değişen oranlarda verim düşüklükleri saptanmıştır.Bu kümeslerde ayrıca yumurta kabuğu renginde açılma, incelme ve kabuksuz yumurta yumurtlama saptanmış ve bazı yumurtalarda albuminin sulu olduğu görülmüştür.Hastalık belirtilerinin görüldüğü tavukların genellikle 26-36 haftalık yaşta oldukları saptanmıştır. HA ve Hİ testleri mikrotitrasyon metoduyla yapılmış ve test virusu alarak EDS-76 ve 127 suşu kullanılmıştır. İncelenen 2585 adet kan serumundan 745'i Hİ testi sonucu pozitif bulunmuştur.Kan serumlarının Hİ antikor titrelerinin 2 log 4.4-2. log 13 arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Hİ testi ile pozitif bulunan 745 kan serumunun AGP testi sonucu 403 kan serumu iki hafta sonra ise 653 kan serumu pozitif reaksiyon vermiştir.Hİ testinin ve AGP testinin EDS-76 enfeksiyonunun tesbitinde spesifik testler olduğu ancak enfeksiyonun erken dönemde saptanması ve sonuçların çabuk alınabilmesi bakımından Hİ testinin daha avantajlı olduğu görüşüne varılmıştır. Hİ testi uygulanan 440 yumurta sarısında 396 adedinde 2 log 4-2 log12 arasında değişen Hİ antikor titreleri saptanmış ve kan serumları ile yumurta sarısı Hİ titreleri arasında uygun bir korelasyon olduğu saptanmıştır. İncelenen kümesten alınan tavukların iç organ ve gaitalarından virus izolasyonu çalışması yapılmış ancak izolasyon yapılamamıştır. Araştırmada incelenen 72 kümesten 24 adetinde EDS-76 25 kümeste mycoplasma enfeksiyonu 12 kümeste infeksiyoz bronşitis ve 5 kümeste de Newcastle enfeksiyonu saptanmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study presence of antibody against Egg Drop Syndrome (EDS-76) virus was investigated by HI and AGP tests in layer and breeder farms.Where droppedd egg pruduction observed and attempts were made for isolation of EDS-76 virus in Bamples. Reduction in egg production ranged from 17 % to 52 % in those flocks investigated. Depressed egg production was accompained by the laying of shell- less, soft shelled and thin shelled egg associated with loss of egg shell pig ments, watery albumin was been in same eggs taken from those flocks. Egg production fell in those flocks 26 to 36 week of age. The HA and HI test was carried aut by the microtitre method and EDS-76 virus. 127 strain was used as test virus. Of the 2585 blood serum samples 745 had HI antibody.The HI antibody titres from 2 log 4.4 to 2 log 13 in those positive sera. Of the 715 serum samples having HI antibody. 403 were found to be positive by AGP test. In samples taken earlier and the number of positive sera in AGP teat increased significantly and reached up to 653 in Bamples taken 2 week later. Thİs results showed that both HI and AGP test prespecific test in determination of EDS-76 but,HI test is more practical since HI antibody againts EDS-76 virus develope earlier and the result if the test are read sooner. Of the 440 egg yolk samples 396 had HI antibody. The HI antibody titres from 2 log 4-2 log 11 in those positive yolk. A good corelation was observed between serum and yolk titres. Attempts to isolate EDS-76 virus from internal organs of chickens and from feaces were unsuccesful Labaratory works on these samples taken from 65 forms investigated revaled the occurrence of EDS-76,Infectious bronchitis, my coplasma infections and Newcastle disease on 24-25-12 and 5 flocks respectively. | en_US |
