Abstract
Sağ-ön kardiyofrenik açıda yer kaplayan, tümü ameliyat edilmiş değişik yapıda 5 olgu sunulmuştur. Bunlar plöroperikardiyal yağ yastığı, Morgagni hernia, plöroperikardial kist, perikart hidatid kisti ve orta lobun ön-iç kesiminde yerleşmiş hidatid kisttir. Hidatik kistler dışındakiler bu bölgede sık görüldüğü bilinen patolojilerdir. Ülkemiz gibi ekinokokkozun endemik görüldüğü bölgelerde ise hidatid kist, ayırıcı tanıda her zaman düşünülmelidir.
5 cases with right-anterior cardiophrenic angle shadows were presented. All cases were operated on. These were pleuropericardial fat pad, omental hernia through the foramen of Morgagni, pleuropericardial cyst, pericardial hydatid cyst, and a hydatid cyst located in the middle lobe. All of them, except hydatid cyst, are often seen in right-anterior cardiophrenic angle. But hydatid cyst should be born in mind at the endemic areas of echinococcosis.
