Abstract
Adli olgular, acil servis başvurularının önemli bir kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Harici etkenler sonucu meydana gelen ve kişilerin beden ve ruh sağlığının bozulmasına ya da ölüme sebebiyet veren her olay bir adli olgu olarak değerlendirilir. Acil servislerde görev yapan hekimlerin, adli yönü olan olgunun tedavisini düzenlemenin yanı sıra, olayı adli mercilere bildirmek ve olayla ilgili adli rapor düzenleme yükümlülüğü bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 tarihleri arasında Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi Acil Servisi'ne başvuran 7035 adli olgu retrospektif olarak incelenmiş, sosyodemografik ve epidemiyolojik özellikleri ortaya konmuştur. Olgular yaş, cinsiyet, başvuru zamanı, olay türü ve travmatik bulgular açısından ele alınmış, bulgular tablo ve grafiklerle gösterilmiştir. Adli olguların, tüm acil servis başvurularının %7,81'ini oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Olguların %57,7'sinin 20-39 yaş aralığında olduğu saptanmış, %77,4'ünü erkek, %22,6'sını kadın olguların oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Toplam adli olgu sayısında olduğu gibi tüm olay türlerinde de erkeklerin sayısının kadınlardan daha fazla olduğu dikkati çekmiştir. Çalışmada en çok adli olay başvurusunun yaz mevsiminde ve haziran ayında yapıldığı bulunmuş; en sık adli olgu türünün ise iş kazası olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Olgular yaş grupları, organ yaralanması, kemik kırıkları ve damar yaralanması açısından da ele alınmıştır. Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Acil Servisi'ne başvuran adli olgular ile ilgili elde ettiğimiz veriler, benzer çalışmalardaki sonuçlarla genel olarak uyum göstermiştir. Çalışmanın adli rapor düzenleyen hekimler için yol gösterici nitelikte olacağı düşünülmüş, adli olgularda dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar vurgulanmıştır.
Forensic cases are one of the most common patient groups in emergency departments. Every event that occurs as a result of external factors and leads to deterioration of physical and mental health or death of individuals is a judicial case. Physicians working in the emergency services treat forensic cases, report the incident to the judicial authorities and prepare a forensic report about the incident. In this study, 7035 forensic cases treated in Bursa Uludağ University Health Application and Research Center Emergency Service between 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 were retrospectively analyzed and their sociodemographic and epidemiological characteristics were revealed. The cases were examined in terms of age, gender, time of admission, type of event and traumatic findings, and the findings were shown in tables and graphics. It was observed that forensic cases constituted 7.81% of all emergency service admissions. It was determined that the majority of the cases were between the ages of 20-39. 77.4% of the cases were male and 22.6% were female. As in the total number of forensic cases, it was observed that the number of males was higher than females in all types of incidents. In the study, it was found that the most forensic case applications were made in the summer season and in June; It was determined that the most common type of forensic case was occupational accident.
