| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma Protosteliomycet üyelerinin Türkiye'deki varlık ve dağılımlarına yönelik yapılan ilk çalışma özelliğinde olup, Mayıs 2010 - Mayıs 2011 ayları arasında, Bursa ilinde Uludağ Üniversitesi Görükle Kampüs alanında belirlenen 9 lokasyondan toplanan substratlardan oluşturulan primer izolasyon petrileri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Klimatik yönden Akdeniz geçiş iklim özelliklerini gösteren bu alanda 11 Protosteliomycet taxonu tespiti yapılmıştır. Bu taxonlar; Cavostelium apophysatum L. S. Olive 1965, Ceratiomyxella tahitiensis L. S. Olive & Stoianovitch 1971, Echinosteliopsis oligospora D. J. Reinhardt & L. S. Olive 1967, Echinostelium bisporum (L. S. Olive & Stoianovitch) K. D. Whitney & L. S. Olive 1982, Nematostelium ovatum L. S. Olive & Stoianovitch 1970, Protosporangium bisporum L. S. Olive & Stoianovitch 1972, Protostelium mycophaga L. S. Olive & Stoianovitch 1960, Schizoplasmodiopsis amoeboidea L. S. Olive & K. D. Whitney 1982, Schizoplasmodiopsis pseudoendospora L. S. Olive, M. Martin. & Stoianovitch 1967, Schizoplasmodiopsis vulgare L. S. Olive & Stoianovitch 1976 ve Soliformovum irregularis (L. S. | dc.description.abstract | This research is the first report of Protosteliomycetes members on presence of Turkey. It was carried out on primer isolation plates which are formed from collected substrates from 9 locations in Gorukle Campus of Uludag University in Bursa between the months of May 2010 and May 2011. 11 Protosteliomycetes taxon have been detected in this zone which shows climatic transitional characteristics of the Mediterranean climate.
