Abstract
Bu çalışma Bursa’nın ilaçlanmayan ve ticari bahçelerindeki ılıman iklim meyve ağaçlarında akar türlerini saptamak ve Panonychus ulmi (Koch)’nin bazı pestisitlere karşı duyarlılıklarını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Akar örneklemeleri Nisan 2003’den Ekim 2004’e kadar erik, şeftali, elma, armut, ayva, kiraz ve vişne ağaçlarından yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, Phytoseiidae, Macrochelidae, Ascidae, Laelapidae, Bdellidae, Cunaxidae, Tydeidae, Cheyletidae, Tetranychidae, Tenuipalpidae, Stigmaeidae, Anystidae, Erythraeidae, Tarsonemidae, Scutacaridae, Eriophyidae ve Acaridae familyalarına 17 cinsine ait 37 tür tespit edilmiştir. Zararlı familyalar arasında Tetranychidae 5 cins ve 6 türle en önemli familyadır. Bryobia rubrioculus (Scheuten) ve Amphitetranychus viennensis (Zacher) iki yıllık çalışmalar boyunca ilaçlanmayan bahçelerin en baskın türleri olmasına rağmen, P. ulmi ve Tetranychus urticae Koch ticari bahçelerden özellikle sırasıyla elma ve eriklerden sık olarak toplanmıştır. Predatör familyalar arasından ise Phytoseiidae 8 cins ve 11 tür ile en önemlisidir. Ayrıca, en yaygın phytoseiid türü ise Typhlodromus athiasae Porath and Swirski bulunmuştur. P. ulmi’nin amitraz, dicofol, bromopropylate ve fenpyroximate etkili maddeli akarisitlere olan duyarlılığı kuru kalıntı biyoassay yöntemi kullanılarak (Yaprak disk-ilaçlama kulesi) araştırılmıştır. Hassas ırk popülasyonu ile karşılaştırılarak saptanan duyarlılık kaybı oranları amitraz, dicofol, bromopropylate ve fenpyroximate için sırasıyla <1.0-5.21, <1.0-4.68, 1.19-6.04 ve 1.78-9.30 kat (LC50’ye göre) olarak saptanmıştır.
This study was carried out to identify mites of temperate zone fruit trees in pesticide-free and conventional orchards and to determine sensitivities of Panonychus ulmi (Koch) against some pesticides in Bursa. Collections were made from April 2003 to October 2004 on plum, peach, apple, pear, quince, cherry and sour cherry trees. According to the result of the study, 37 species were found belonging to 17 genera in the families Phytoseiidae, Macrochelidae, Ascidae, Laelapidae, Bdellidae, Cunaxidae, Tydeidae, Cheyletidae, Tetranychidae, Tenuipalpidae, Stigmaeidae, Anystidae, Erythraeidae, Tarsonemidae, Scutacaridae, Eriophyidae and Acaridae. Among the injurious families, Tetranychidae was the major family with 5 genera and 6 species. Bryobia rubrioculus (Scheuten) and Amphitetranychus viennensis (Zacher) were dominant throughout the two years in the agrochemical-free orchard whereas P. ulmi and Tetranychus urticae Koch were most frequently collected conventional orchards, especially on apple and plum, respectively. Among the predatory families, Phytoseiidae was the most important family with 8 genera and 11 species. However, the common phytoseiid mite was found Typhlodromus athiasae Porath and Swirski. P. ulmi’s response against amitraz, dicofol, bromopropylate and fenpyroximate was investigated using residual bioassay method (Leaf disk-spray tower). Resistance ratios were determined by comparing the population with susceptible strain for amitraz, dicofol, bromopropylate and fenpyroximate were found to be <1.0-5.21, <1.0-4.68, 1.19-6.04 and 1.78-9.30 fold, respectively (at LC50).
