dc.description.abstractCitrobacter gemusu normal dışkı florasında bulunabilen; diyare, idrar yolları ve yara enfeksiyonları ve sepsise neden olabilen mikroorganizmalardır. Son zamanlarda bu mikroorganizmanın özellikle yenidoğan sepsislerinde etken olarak artış gösterdiği ve yenidoğan ünitelerinde sık rastlanan nozokomiyal patojen olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Biz bu olgu sunusunda yenidoğanda görülen Citrobacter sepsisi üzerinde durmayı amaçladık.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractCitrobacter genus is present in normal feces: it causes diarrhea, urinary tract and wound infections and septicemia. This microorganism has been increasingly recognised as the cause of septicemia especially in newborns and has become a common nosocomial pathogen in newborn units. We present a newborn which developed a citrobacter septicemia.tr_TR
