dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, sosyal sermayenin (güven düzeyi ve işgücü birliklerine üyelik) ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkisi, 1990 ve 2000 yılları itibariyle yatay kesit veriler kullanılarak, 28 gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülke örnekleminde incelenmektedir. Analiz sonuçları, sosyal sermaye ile ekonomik büyüme arasında pozitif ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Diğer taraftan analiz sonuçları, sosyal sermaye göstergelerinden güven düzeyi değişkeninin, ekonomik büyüme üzerinde işgücü birliklerine üyelik değişkeninden daha etkin olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte sosyal sermayenin ekonomik büyümeye katkısının fiziki ve beşeri sermayeye göre daha düşük oranda olduğu ve gelişmiş ülkelerde sosyal sermayenin ekonomik büyümeye katkısının daha fazla olduğu gözlenmiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, impact of social capital (trust level and membership to labour unions) on the economic growth is investigated in the sample of twenty-eight developed and developing countries by using cross-country data in 1990 and 2000. The results indicate that there are positive relationship between social capital and economic growth. On the other hand, analyses results indicate that trust level variable which one of the indicators social capital is effectively than membership to labour unions variable on the economic growth. However, it is observed that the contribution of social capital to the economic growth is less than that of physical and human capital and is further in developed countries.en_US
