dc.description.abstract49 yeni doğan tetanozlu bebek intratekal 250 ünite T.I.G. (Tetanus Immune Globulin Human) ve prednisolone karışımı ile tedavi edildi (vaka ölüm hızı % 20.5). 54 bebek intratekal 2500 ünite T.A.T. (Tetanoz antitoksini equine) ve prednisolone karışımı ile tedavi edildi (vaka ölüm hızı % 14.8). Diğer tedavi metodları iki grupta da ayni idi. Tedavi grupları arasında istatistiksel anlamlı farklılık tesbit edilemedi.tr_TR
dc.description.abstract49 infants with tetanus neonatorum were treated with intrathecal 250 units of human tetanus immune globulin and prednisolone mixture (Case fatality rate 20.5 %). 54 cases were treated with intrathecal 2500 ünits of equine tetanus antitoxin and prednisilone mixture (Case fatality rate 14 .8 %). Other methods of treatment were the same in both groaps. As far as the result of two methods of treatment is concerned there is no significant difference between them.en_US
