| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde, üniversitelerin lisans programlarında, (bütünleşik) sistem tasarımı olarak tanımlanan, öğrenci, akademik danışman ve firma danışmanı gibi farklı gruplardaki kişilerin bir araya gelmesiyle oluşturulan, bir takım tarafından gerçekleştirilen çalışmalara olan ilgi giderek artmaktadır. Genel olarak, bu çalışmaların amacı, öğrencilere takım çalışması kapsamında, geçmişte kazandıkları bilgi ve becerileri kullanarak, gerçek bir problem üzerinde çalışma olanağı sağlamaktır. Doğal olarak, bir proje takımının başarısı, takım üyelerinin birbirleriyle olan uyumuna ve dolayısıyla, ilgili takım üyelerinin doğru bir şekilde belirlenmesine bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada, optimal proje takımı oluşturma probleminin çözümü için 2-aşamalı bir hedef programlama yaklaşımı önerilmektedir. Bu yaklaşımın birinci aşamasında, çeşitli kriterler dikkate alınarak öğrenciler proje takımlarına atanmakta, ikinci aşamada ise benzer atamalar akademik danışmanlar için gerçekleştirilmektedir. Tezin son aşamasında ise elde edilen atama sonuçları bir taşıma modeline uyarlanarak farklı bir yaklaşımla tekrar elde edilmiştir. Önerilen yaklaşım, Uludağ Üniversitesi, Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü lisans programında, Bütünleşik Sistem Tasarımı kapsamındaki proje takımı oluşturma problemine uygulanarak, çözüm sonuçları, çeşitli kriterler açısından, gerçekte uygulanan atamalar sonucunda oluşturulan takımlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırma sonucu önerilen yöntemin performansının çok daha iyi olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ayrıca gerçekte uygulanan yöntem için harcanan süreler ve insan kaynağı düşünüldüğünde, önerilen yöntemin çok daha verimli olcağı görülmektedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In today's world, interest on the studies which are defined as (integrated) system design, carried out by teams that are made up by different groups of people including students, academicians and campany advisors, has gradually increased. In general, the aim of these studies is to provide opportunities to students to work on real cases by using knowledge and abilities that students gained during their undergraduate education. Naturally, the success of the project team depends on the selection of the appropriate team members and the harmony between these team members. In this study, a two-stage goal programming approach is proposed for the solution of the optimal project team allocation problem. In the first step of this approach, students have been assigned by considering various criteria, and in the second step, similar assigments have been carried out for the academicians. In the last step of the thesis, previous solutions were solved again by adapting a transportation model. Suggested approach was applied to the project team allocation problem as a part of Integrated System Design in Uludag University, Department of Industrial Engineering. The solution was compared with the real project teams in terms of various criteria. Results of comparison show that performance of suggested method is much better. Additionally, considering the time and human resources for the assignment process, it is seen that the suggested method is much more productive. | en_US |
