Abstract
Özel eğitime gereksinim duyan bireyler arasında üstün yeteneğe sahip olanlar, fark edilmesi ve tanımlanması oldukça güç olan bir gruptur. Ancak üstün yetenekliler medeniyetlerin yer altı zenginlikleridir. Bu nedenle ortaya çıkartılıp işlenmeleri toplumların ilerlemesini kolaylaştıracak, hızla gelişen dünyada bir adım önde olmayı sağlayacaktır. Üstün yetenekli çocukların yetenek dağılımları oldukça geniştir. Müzikal yetenek bu dağılımın ayrı bir bölümünü oluşturur. Müzik alanında üstün yetenekli çocukların potansiyellerinin erken yaşta fark edilmesi ve çocuğun bu alanda doğru şekilde yönlendirilmesi toplum açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, müzik alanında üstün yeteneğe sahip, dünyaca ünlü piyano sanatçımız İdil Biret’in; üstün yetenekliliğin tanımı, doğası, üstün yetenekli bireylerin gereksinimleri ve eğitimi konusunda görüş ve önerilerine yer verilmiştir. Araştırma betimsel yöntem ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmış ve içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Ülkemizde müzik alanında üstün özellikler gösteren çocukların aileleri tarafından fark edilmesi ve doğru eğitimcilere yönlendirilmesi oldukça güç, hatta çoğu zaman şans eseri gerçekleşmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, bu süreci yaşamış ve üstün yeteneğini en güzel şekilde değerlendirmiş olan sanatçımız İdil Biret’in görüşleri doğrultusunda, müzik alanında üstün yetenekli çocukların ailelerine ve eğitimcilerine yol gösterebilecek bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Bu bulgulara göre üstün yetenek; bireyin enerji seviyesi, iç disiplini, ailenin bilinçli yaklaşımı, içinde bulunduğu çevrenin kültürel özellikleri ve yüksek motivasyon ile, alanında uzman eğitimcilerin sorumluluğunda işlenmeli ve topluma kazandırılmalıdır.
The gifted and talented people who need special education is a group that is fairly diffucult to be noticed and defined. But gifted and talented people are the underground wealth of the civilizations. Therefore to discover and work with them will help society to evolve and to provide them being one step ahead in the evolving world. The talet dispersion of the super talented children is quite wide. Musical talent is a different part of this dispersion. It is important for the society to notice the potentials of the super talented children in music and to direct the child correctly in this field. In this study, the vision and suggestions of our world wide famous pianist; İdil Biret who is super talented in music takes place for the definition of super talent, its nature, the needs and education of super talented people. Descriptive method is used for the research. Data is collected by the structured interview method and analysed by content analysis. In our country, recognition of the super talented children in music by their families and to direct them to the right educators is quite difficult and usually by luck. At the end of the research, the suggestions of İdil Biret who lived this process and evaluated her super talent in a good way help us to reach the findings that will guide the families and educators of the super talented children. To these findings, the super talent should be processed and earn under the responsibility of the expert educators with the energy level of the person, internal discipline, conscious approach of the family, culturel properties of the environment and high motivation
