Kliniğimizde tanı koyup takip ve tedavi ettiğimiz wilms tümörü olguları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde, 1982-1992 yılları arasında tam konularak, takip ve tedavi altına alınmış 8 Wilms tümörlü olgu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Olgulardan 4'ü kız, 4'ü erkek idi. Tam konulduğundaki ortalama yaş 4.6 yıl idi. Olgularının tümüne nefrektomi yapıldı ve kemoterapi uygulandı. Şu anda izlemekte olduğumuz olgu sayısı 6 olup, 4 olgunun tedavisi bitmiş bulunmaktadır.In this study we present 8 patients with Wilms tumor who were diagnosed and treated in our clinic between the years 1982-1992. Four of the patients were girls and 4 were boys. The mean age at the time of diagnosis was 4.6 years. Nephrectomy and chemotherapy were given in all the patients. At the present time we completed the treatment in 4 patients and they are all healthy.
