dc.description.abstractLipoprotein metabolizmasının incelenmesinde, apolipoproteinlerin analitik poliakrilamid jel elektroforezi giderek daha kullanışlı bir yaklaşım olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, antiaterojenik etkisi nedeniyle dikkat çekici hale gelen E-apolipoproteinlerinin (yüksek dansiteli lipoproteinler "HDL", arasındaki) tanımlanması için basit bir yöntem önerilmektedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractAnalytical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of apolipoproteins is becoming a useful approach in the investigation of lipoprotein metabolism. In this study, a simple method is proposed for the identification of E-apolipoprotein (among the high density lipoproteins, HDL) which is becoming more significant because of its antiatherogenic effect.en_US
